"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"The location was great, and had a beautiful view. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were toys, books, games, and a outside play area for the kids. Short walks to whatever you need. The owners were very helpful and kind, answering questions and giving recommendations even before we arrived. They even called to check in to make sure everything was good since they could not be there when we checked in. Wonderful place to stay."

"Wir waren in der Fewo OG links. Schlüsselübergabe komplikationslos, sauber gereinigte Fewo vorgefunden, insgesamt guter Eindruck. Sanitäreinrichtung neu, Möbel in guten Zustand. Schlafzimmer liegen hangseitig, somit kein Straßenlärm. Bei Belegung mit mehr als zwei Personen ist die Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad zu gering. Für Kleidung sind in der Fewo insgesamt nur sechs Schubladen (je Schlafzimmer eine Kommode). Es gibt keine Schrankmöglichkeit für Hängekleidung. Ausführung der Renovierungsarbeiten...

We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF.
