"A friend recommended this charming hotel and it totally lived up to her description. Great location, great breakfast and excellent staff. A very comfortable vibe complete with a new puppy and a private concert in the courtyard. We were able to make easy arrangements for drivers to explore the many villages along the Lake Patzcuaro shore and airport transport. Again, kudos to all the staff and owners for the attention to detail you provided to guests."

"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Patzcuaro. easy walk to Plaza Quiroga, many restaurants and excellent coffee shops, and local market. Moises at the front desk is an extremely nice gentleman. He was very informative, and explained in detail the various smaller towns we could visit close to Patzcuaro including the island of Janitzio, the archaeological site of Tzintzuntzan, and the copper producing city of Santa Clara among many others. He was also very helpful to us with the transportation...
