"The only issue was on the first day was lots of cockroachs in reception, but I don't think it was anything to do with the cleanliness of the hotel think something happened outside and they wandered in. It was dealt with pretty quickly. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained."

"Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!"

"Beautiful clean hotel. Great rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely hot shower with large shower head. Had a room with street view. Noisy when window open but so quiet when shut. Had a big ceiling fan which helped alot as our room was stuffy. The restaurant is large. The staff are hard working. The food is plentiful. Breakfast was lovely. Evening meals were ok. "A nice hotel maybe not the greatest location as it's located at the far end of Altea. Taxis took on average 20 to 30 minutes wait time's to and from the old city. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool area was nice except the 3 days of filming with drones flying over you and the film crew were annoying. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a nice selection. "

"Its a nice place for a few dahs to a week or two. Perfect if you like putting about with the golf clubs or whatever. Peaceful, pleasant enough. Expensive to park at twenty bucks per night but they offer a complimentery breakfast whi h is absolutely fantastic and more than makes up for it. Full hot English with bacon, to order eggs, sausage, beans... well, anything you could imagine is on the buffet and, being so.ewhat of an afficianado of the "breakfasting experience", I would reccomend it. The resteraunt staff are so, so friendly and accomadating and cannot do enough for you. I had a fantastic view of the golf course and could also see my motor car from the balcony, which is lovely, so it was overall a lovely place to stay."

"We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. Lars and his team were very hospitable as was their young cat, Tita, who was loving and playful with my daughter. We loved the charm of Lars' and his wife's 300 year-old renovated building. Their eye for simplicity and style made returning to our room and waking up a pleasure! Our stay ticked all of the boxes: It was on the festival pathway (any noise from passersby stopped by around 10pm), comfortable mattresses, white absorbent large bath towels, modern amenities and a marvelous heated floor in the bathroom. Our room, #2 was very spacious with a small balcony on the street side. We explored upwards and found a communal sun room as well as a rooftop patio that were the "icing on the cake". Our breakfast each morning was served on time and with great care and generosity and in the most beautiful dining/lounge area. Cocentaina is a charming town made more enjoyable by our stay at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo. We will return! "

"Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly."
