"The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. Amazing facilities and so so clean. The bar is a must to sit and relax drinking a cocktail whilst listening to the pianist. Dinning is wonderful, clean fresh and something for all. The spar is something else and the pool area just wow"

"Appreciated the central location of this hotel and amenities, especially room service, global breakfast, and steam rooms. Staff was especially kind. While I still do rate this a 4.5 star hotel and would likely stay again, there are some things that if another hotel offers, I will pivot: - the spa is overly expensive vs the surrounding area and the massage was lackluster. "This hotel was elegant, with spacious rooms, but the furniture could use an upgrade. Very nice bathroom, but water pressure in the shower was weak. Really nice rooftop pool with nice views. Nice gym too. Location is good, quiet, with a handful of malls and shopping centers around and 10 minute walk from closest BTS (skytrain) station."
