"Very dirty room. I found a. cockroach in the room. Very dirty bathroom. Walls and floor does not look like its been cleaned in a while. I was scared to get in the bed. Only good thing about the property is the STAFF who were very hospitable and polite."

"As an American traveling through the area, I was very relieved and happy to find a modern, clean and friendly hotel in Pathankot that accepts foreign guests. This hotel is a gem. (I visited other hotels but they were dirty and unpleasant or they refused to accept American guests due to the C-form which I found out is some kind of government form to track foreign visitors for safety reasons) This property is clearly very new, and the interior looks very modern and even elegant. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large too. The manager deserves a special mention. It is rare to see a hotel manager who is so kind and helpful to the guests. I really appreciated the warm welcome he gave me. He greeted me warmly when I arrived there, he gave some free bottles of water, he gave me a wake-up call at 5:45 AM so that I could take an early train, and he helped me wave down a tuktuk. If you are looking for a relaxing and lovely place to stay for the night in Pathankot, this is a GREAT option."
