I thoight this place was an over night hotel but it turned out to be a shelter. I requested a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke and the loud noise.and banging at all hours of the night was aweful. Luckily I was there for only 1 night.

When i arrived, there were roaches in the room and no other rooms available. Was told i would have to contact expedia if i wanted a refund. Total inconvience, was not refunded and had to spend money for another room. Disappointed in the rodeway and expedia.

The place was a dump. I didn't stay there I gave the key back and I stayed at Red roof in fair lawn. I want you to credit the money back to my credit card. I already called chase bank to dispute the charge. I called Expedia that night but I guess you just want to ignore the problem. Why would you send me a survey when I never stayed there.

Very, very rude staff. Cockroaches came out of a new roll of toilet paper after I took the wrapper off. Found bed bugs also. Toilet wouldn't fill up with water so that the material would go down so it piled up. Called numerous times to complain about this and no one ever came to check it out. Noisy outside 24 hrs. Slamming doors. No tv channels. DOUBLE ZERO STARS

The staff was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The place was pretty run down. The carpeting in the hall was old and worn out. The tile was not installed well. We needed a place to stay that was convenient to a venue in downtown Paterson NJ. Location convenient and place was fine. But area very urban and rundown. It worked for us and they clearly try very hard to make it nice by plantings. Good parking. As long as you just need a place to stay in this area, it works fine.
