Box T Bunkhouse

Welcome to the "Bunkhouse", a casita that once was a genuine boarding house for cowboys and ranch hands working the "Box T” Ranch.
The bunkhouse has since been upgraded to offer two to three people all the comforts of home. Build a fire off the back porch and relax under a 100 year old fruitless mulberry tree; or watch a movie inside on a rainy night while enjoying the sounds from the tin roof. Relaxation in the bunkhouse is sure to add that pleasant feel you have been looking for.

Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!
Loved it from the moment I walked in and throughout my 4 day stay. Hosts were immediately responsive and available - but the place was so fully stocked I didn't need to call on them. Bedroom and bed extremely comfortable, as were the kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is incredible with everything and more you might need or want. WiFi and Internet connectivity excellent. Front porch and yard great for just hanging out and relaxing. Warm and friendly decor with happy little touches throughout. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is - you will love it. Thank You Patty & Dave!

Communication before, during & after was a breeze with Patty. She allowed us to bring our 75-pound dog, who had the time of her life. I was sorry to leave early.

Quaint Patagonia Bunkhouse
Great location, cozy, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, excellent communication with owners. Big plus was being able to charge our EV with a level 1 outlet right by the parking area. It was perfect for running out to the wineries in Elgin, visiting the bird sanctuary, and driving out to Patagonia Lake State Park.

Very nice and cozy
My wife and I and our little pup stayed for 3 days and had a very nice time. The bunk house was clean neat and cozy. Very close walk to down town. We really enjoyed splitting wood and enjoying an evening camp fire and some good beer. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Lovely Casita
Overall, a comfortable place decorated with an old-time feeling. Could use more cookware and a working oven that works. David was quickly responsive to problems trying to get internet service to work which was spotty at times. I loved the atmosphere created at night by the lit up fence and the red hanging hammock.

Fantastic renovated Casita!
Nicely set back off the main road, behind the big ranch house, is a very nicely maintained and renovated Casita. AKA, The Bunkhouse. The courtyard in front is a great place to relax and enjoy being under the big tree. There is a yard in the back for the doggy. Patty and Dave are great hosts. The inside is very comfortable and renovated tastefully. It has everything you need. TONS of hot water, all appliances work great. Even the little old gas range, which adds a nice vintage touch to the place. I slept on the futon couch in the kitchen and it was very comfortable. Patty and Dave had lots of little extras for our use, Keurig Coffee cups, ice, butter, eggs, drinks, charcoal and lighter fluid etc. We were totally impressed. Patagonia is a great little town. Go to Ovens In Patagonia. Excellent pastries. We loved our stay, we will go back!!! Thanks for everything.

Comfy and handy
The bunkhouse is comfortable and pretty inside. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, including cream and sugar for coffee. This is important because Patagonia has limited grocery/dining options. I like to read in bed so it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp, but this is a minor point. Overall everything was terrific.

Peaceful and comfortable stay
The bunkhouse was perfect for my husband and I and especially for our little dog. He had his own little yard, which makes it so much better than being cooped up in a hotel. Everything you may need for your stay is provided. Comfy bed, cute and well-stocked kitchen, very nice bathroom and the bunkhouse is also provides privacy. Very close to the Paton center for hummingbirds and the quaint little downtown shopping area. We fell in love with Patagonia. And Patty and Dave are wonderful hosts! We can't wait to go back.

My favorite spot in Patagonia
My second time here. I just love the big trees, the silence and how close it is to everything. The place is always clean and comfy. Equipped with all you need. I very much enjoyed sitting at the porch writing and watching the rain. Thanks for the mosquito spray. I forgot that but Patty didn't. There was a beautiful lighting storm on my way there. Patagonia is becoming my favorite spot in Arizona.

Very cute little building, with a big shading mulberry tree that covers the front yard. Full kitchen, bath. A short walk from the main drag, which is nice in it's own right.
