"We could not have dreamt of a better place to start our Sri Lanka trip. The place is beautiful, nested among trees at the end of a road and along the river. "this family lead hotel with 3 rooms is one of the best small hotels that i’ve seen. The rooms are clean and everything works just fine. The owner does the most to make you have an plesant stay. While only new on expedia this hotel is well reviewed on tripadvisor and other booking sites. This hotel is not located in the center of negombo but the hospitality en quality of the hotel makes up for that. Verry good cost to quality ratio."

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "
