"This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The manor is well located, closed from Formia, Gaeta, Mondragone, a hour far from Naples (easy driving to any cities using the countryside road). "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....
