"Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans."
