"Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwei Laufminuten vom Wariner Strandbad entfernt. Gerade für Familien ist dies optimal. Da im Wohngebiet kaum Autos unterwegs sind, können die Eltern entspannt ihre Kinder flitzen lassen. Vom Balkon aus kann man auf den See schauen. Die nah gelegenen Läden haben alles, was man braucht. Ich empfehle dieses Domizil auf jeden Fall für Familien."

Die Nutzung der Sauna (rund 20 Minuten Vorheizzeit, keine weitere Absprache mit dem Vermieter erforderlich, geringe und absolut gerechtfertigte Zusatzkosten) ist ein toller Tagesabschluss.Die Wohnung liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Zippendorfer Strand und einer Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, von der man in ca. 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum gelangt.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich...

Achso hatte ich die fehlende Sauberkeit erwähnt ? 80€ Endreinigung wird wohl anderweitig verwendet…. Hausgroesse super, Schlafzimmer zu klein. 2 Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit je 2 kleinen Betten...

"Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der komplett eingezäunte und weitläufige Garten war super für meinen Hund und in der Nähe gibt es viele Gelegenheiten für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge mit dem Hund. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind."

Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und beinhaltet weitaus mehr als in den meisten Ferienwohnungen.Die Gastgeber sind super lieb unf gedtalten es sehr familiär.Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass meine Kinder schon den nächsten Urlaub geplant haben. Schön, dass man ein Ruderboot nutzen konnte sowie eine Auswahl an Fahrrädern zur Verfügung stand. "Das Haus ist komplett und wirklich mit allem eingerichtet, was man so zum Urlauben braucht. Wir waren echt begeistert. Es hat 3 sehr schöne Bäder und zusätzlich noch eine Gästetoilette. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass man den See nicht nutzen konnte, dafür kann man aber ins nahe Schwerin oder auch nach Wismar fahren. Kurz gesagt, es hat uns sehr gefallen und zum Vermieter gab es auch einen netten Kontakt. "
