"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. "The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold."

"Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better ..."
