"Part of the problem was us. We are not Italian which complicated things. The unit itself was very clean which was appreciated. It's not luxury, just pretty basic. It was just two of us and if you're planning on using the bunk beds, it's a very tight fit. "Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section.
