"The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. There are supermarkets, cafe, bars, pizzaria, cake shops, poke bowl shop etc all within 10 min walk. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. They really made me feel at home. "It was good place to stay, excellent hosts. But checking in was really frustrating. Place is managed from home but they never provided any check in guidelines though booking was made a month in advsnce. I believe its Expedia fault ...they make money for nothing without any such support to guests. "

"Room is good size. Was supposed to have two double beds but one is not really a bed— it’s a sofa that folds out and only half is fit for sleeping. AC out during entire stay. If you want extra towels or sheets, they charge. No cleaning service. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The place was advertised in Expedia as a B&B. Upon arrival, we were told that if we wanted breakfast, we had to pay extra. After inspection of the kitchen, we decided to breakfast elsewhere (a lonely Ikea flat plate, two soup plates, two refrigerators that had not been cleaned for a long while, no mosquito nets in the always open window, and a rather small table.
