"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

"False advertisement. Rooms do not have AC. We were given a fan and told to open the balcony door for fresh air. We were promptly robbed and the hotel could have cared less- the owner actually blamed us! We promptly called hotels.com and your rep contacted the owner and he agreed that he was incredibly rude and was going to ask that the hotel be pulled from your listings.s"

"Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated.
