What a gem!!! The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, bar and more. The unit was clean, spacious and cute decor. We will be back!

I just went back to the listing & checked - it says "2 full baths". Not true. It has 1 1/2 baths. Four adults had to share 1 shower. Would not have booked it had we know. Lots of little things need repair. Toilet seat in half bath is cracking, cabinet door in full bath fell off. We only had three coffee cups for four adults. We had to contact owner twice for more. He lives in the bottom portion of the house so it was not a long commute to get those to us. They should have checked things like that before we checked in. Biggest problem was the inaccurate listing on number of baths.

This place is as advertised. It is close for the beach and restaurants as well as fishing guides if that is your thing. The owner/manager is very nice and responsive Would certainly stay here again

The place was nice and clean. Very close to beach, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood. Only a few negative comments are that you have to walk up 24 stairs to get to second level where the rental is located above the owners who occupy first floor. Found it strange that was not mentioned in description of house. I mentioned it was very clean however the shower curtain liner was totally mildewed and nasty. And the stove/oven did not work properly and seemed to be very old. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

The place and location were both nice but it could use a walkway from the street, where you park, to the stairs so you don't have to walk through the grass. Also a small table and chairs would be good inside. The main problem we had was that all of the towels were damp, like they were taken out of the dryer half way through the cycle. And the bath mat was soaking wet. The shower curtain liner was well past the time needing to be replaced. Overall it was a good stay once we washed and dried the towels and bath mat and adjusted the shower rod so the liner wasn't touching us in the shower. But I would advise against it if you have a problem climbing stairs.

Quiet Getaway
This is a homey, comfortable stay with a peep-hole view of the gulf, which is a very quick, safe walk or drive away. Shopping, restaurants, and coffee are all within walkable distance. Everything that we needed but wasn't present was very quickly supplied, and communication was great.

Easy to find, easy to check in, and in a great spot! Super clean, beds super comfy. Could really use a little dining table for two. Need more seating options. Luggage stands would be a great addition, too. Perfect place to rest when visiting family.

Communication was great, check in was easy, and it was very clean. The bedrooms were big and all of the beds were comfortable. There was coffee available (big plus!). The icing on the cake was the big porch and a view of the Gulf. Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable and clean!
We had a great stay! It’s a very short walk to the center of downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The rental area of this lovely house is on the 2nd floor, so if you are not into claiming steps keep that in mind. We would definitely stay there again!
