You'll look forward to waking up to coffee in the brightly accented kitchen with farmhouse sink, before you head out to the large back deck overlooking the terraced, hill side yard with old growth trees. This 4BR/2BA split-level home has living space and views! Granite counter tops and wood floors give a sense of comfort and quality. This is the perfect home base for your exploration of Paso Robles wine country. Just minutes from the park in the heart of downtown, with boutique shops, wine-tasting rooms, fine dining, special events, and so much more. Enjoy newly planted herbs, edible grapes, pomegranate, and fig tree in the backyard. The latter three are just babies, but the herbs are all ready for you to harvest and enjoy. You and your family, or friends will want to visit Vin Rouge 51 over and over again! Maximum number of guest vehicles allowed is three, with no on-street parking. City Permit #STR19-0196.

Cozy home near downtown
Overall home was very nice. Would have been a great stay other than the water pressure throughout was not good. There was four of us traveling and we had to coordinate any use of water in the home if one of us was going to shower as it would reduce water pressure to a trickle.

This property is very clean & perfect for a weekend getaway. My only complaint is there are no water pressure in both showers. If 2 people shower at the same time, water would just trickle down. It is impossible to wash the soap off your hair. hhair.hair.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and very accommodating with extra towels, and fully stocked kitchen. AC worked well and much needed for the heatwave we experienced when there. The layout worked great for us, 3 couples with two kids. Great location, close to downtown. Would stay again!

Very nice property and accommodations.
The home was situated perfectly for us. Decorated beautifully. Nice size bedrooms. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils you would need to make your meals.We could have walked to the restaurants and quaint shops but, because of possible rain, chose to drive. Plenty of street parking in town. I will use this Vrbo again

Would do it again!
Walking into a clean space is always a relief when traveling across the country. This home was very comfortable to stay in. I loved that it had 2 separate bedroom spaces on either side of the house so I could stay with my children and my parents had their own space and bathroom. Only wish would be for a queen bed on the kitchen side of the house. If I was to go with my husband he would have to sleep on the couch because the bed was so small. Also wish there were some cleaning supplies available to access but those could be easily purchased at the store. Super quick and easy walk into town too. Otherwise we found the perfect space for our family for our next visit to Paso.

Very well appointed, comfortable house for our group of six women friends. The kitchen has everything you might want. The living room was a little cozy for six on a very rainy weekend. The outside would be lovely in good weather. The house was very close to downtown restaurants.

Well appointed, clean and great outside dining area. We had 6 adults which worked great as two were 18 year olds used the twin beds. Everything worked great for our family. A very enjoyable weekend for our son's Cal Poly graduation.
