Fall in love with MIDCENTURY MANOR, located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles in this fully restored Midcentury home!  Enjoy the vintage and modern conveniences together: 2 Bedrooms 1.5 Baths, Sleeps 4. This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries.  Gourmet kitchen and amazing outdoor living with multiple patio areas & spa. This is truly a special home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.

Living Space:

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space. The living room has leather couch & loveseat and features a 75" Smart TV.

The kitchen would please a professional chef.  It is Fully-stocked with a 48" 6 burner Italian Smeg range and stainless appliances, small appliances include microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, crock pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.

Both bedrooms feature King size beds and 60" smart TVs. 

The full bathroom includes a custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies.  The half bath has sink, toilet, and doubles as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space features a walk out covered patio with spa, seating area and fire pit.  Also in the fully fenced and private back yard is a additional covered patio with seating and dining space. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.  The garden abounds with fruit trees and herbs for cooking to add to your special recipes.

Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc.  Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking.  Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

The house was so cute & perfectly stocked with all the amenities for us to enjoy a girls weekend wine tasting. It was convenient for our wine tour pick up since we were inside of the city limits & then we were walking distance to the downtown area for dinner & drinks to end the evening.

A special place in the heart of Paso Robles
This tastefully decorated 2BR and 1 1/2 bathroom is in a perfect location if Paso Robles is your destination. An easy walk into the center of town where great restaurants and shopping await. The house is comfortable with space to spare, and a screened in sitting area in the backyard complete with a fire table. The overall feel and ambience exceeded expectations.

Cousins weekend
Great time with my cousin! We do our annual cousin weekend and this was an excellent place to stay! The kitchen was put to great use! And I loved the hot tub! Everything is perfect here!

Great property!
The rehab on this property is superior and retro-fitted in 1950's style. The owner's have remained "true" to the original design - including the original hardwood floors. In addition, and of equal importance, is the attention to detail (the "little things") - fully stocked kitchen appliances & utensils, bathroom supplies, etc. Finally, the shower was great - nice & large with plenty of hot water. And - the location - close proximity to what we started referring to as "town square" - with all the retail & restaurant business. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great location, cute neighborhood, relatively close to downtown area. Polite neighbors, no noise issues. Hot tub nice and clean. My only request would be for upgraded bedding/pillows, though we still slept great. Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Paso Robles
We went to explore wine tasting in the area but had more fun exploring the town. This place is well appointed, centrally located, and very comfortable beds. The garden has much to enjoy (and I’m a gardener) and the location- very much in a quiet and loved neighborhood. The owner gave a lot of great local tips. Would visit there again.

Great location and we really enjoyed the home, well-appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed the 3 kitties who occasionally slept in the garden or mulch beds and drank from the garden fountain. We recommend Midcentury Manor to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very comfy home
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Home is very cozy. Neighborhood is quiet. Location is nice easy walk to town. Loved Fish Gauchos and Thomas Hill Organics for eats. Location is easy drive to golf, wineries, and restaurants. Cambria is a great day trip and takes you past several excellent wineries. Would come back in a heartbeat.
