Graceful Oaks- Spa and Beautiful New Pool!

Graceful Oaks is a beautiful farmhouse located just 10 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles and equidistant to the town of Templeton. This elegant country property provides the best of both worlds-a perfect getaway from the noise of the city but still close to local restaurants and shopping. Surrounded by oak trees and open space, with newly planted lavender fields, Graceful Oaks is a peaceful retreat to enjoy during the day and a wonderful spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets and stargazing at night. The home is newly remodeled with modern furnishings, beautiful views from every room, thoughtful touches throughout and large enough for 14 guests comfortably with multiple living areas. The large, well-appointed kitchen is adjacent to the family room and great for gathering. The downstairs living area has a TV room, reading room with trundle bed, king bedroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen is conveniently located near the BBQ area just outside. Explore the expansive property and wander down a meandering hiking trail through an oak covered forest. Enjoy wine and cheese at a picnic table located next to a dry creek with a shaded hammock for a nap nearby. Other outdoor eating spots, including a large pavilion with room for dining and relaxation, provide different venues for dining while visiting. Beautiful New Pool! Heated April - October!!
Guests can enjoy a competitive game of Bocce Ball or Corn Hole with extensive party lights to keep it going after dark! In addition, other lawn games are available for added fun. Great stay with family and friends
We enjoyed our stay! The property was professionally managed and it was a great place for our group to catch up and relax. Plenty of space and lots of fun activities for kids of all ages.

We had a fabulous stay at Graceful Oaks. House was clean and it was very easy to check in. Everything was is good working order. Pool and hot tub were wonderful too.

60th birthday weekend
We really enjoyed the house. It was well clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (pands, wine glasses, muffin tins, corningware etc) we needed for cooking our meals. The best of any house I have stayed at. We also enjoyed all of the outdoor games.

I picked a winner
I gathered 12 of my closest friends together for a Wine trip, and the highlight of the trip was this house. It was amazing. It had everything we needed... a pool for the hot days, a hot tub for star gazing, and a deck for our morning coffee staring at the hills. I had a few questions about the property and they were answered within 5 mins! You won't go wrong if you choose to stay here.

Great Christmas
We rented this property at the last minute arriving on Christmas Day for two nights. It was perfect for our group. Had some issues downstairs with heat but property management sent their maintenance man out on the 26th. He couldn’t fix the problem so he brought portable heaters which worked perfect. The kids absolutely loved the zip line. Would definitely stay here again.

The property management company promptly responded to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The gas was off so one guest had a cold shower and when we went to cook the stove wasn’t working, but it was quickly fixed once we called. Beautiful Wine Country Retreat
Our extended family of 12 had a wonderful weekend at the house over Easter weekend! There were plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms (plus beds to spare) for 4 couples and 4 kids. The property was very peaceful and there was lots of room to explore. We enjoyed the hot tub and bocce ball court. We absolutely wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely rent the house again in the future! As a side note, there is also a full apartment with a second kitchen down on the lower level. We didn't need the space and while it's great, it was cold and smelled a bit funny down there when the heat was turned on. Just a note for anyone utilizing that part of the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at graceful Oaks. I traveled there with my extended family of 10 people. The house was extremely clean. We loved that there were a lot of activities to do on the grounds, including a zip line and small trails to walk around. The hot tub was also really nice, although it took a long time to heat up. We had some small issues while there, including a clogged sink and a clogged shower, but the management company responded within hours to each request and sent their team to fix everything. Really satisfied with this day and would come back again.

Beautiful home for a family gathering
This property is very convenient to Paso Robles. The rental company was super friendly and helpful, also patient with my questions and quick to respond. The home is stunning, with 6 bedrooms and baths. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated, stunning views. All but one room are very large, one downstairs below main level is actually a full apartment with its own family room and kitchen! One room on the main floor is smaller but also very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, they even had coffee. The outside is stunning with so much room for family to enjoy. They have gas supply for grill and a lovely outdoor fireplace sitting area. Newly finished landscaping is high end. The outdoor patio sitting areas include tables for dining and couch with chairs. I would definitely come back and all of my adult children plan to bring their families back for another visit!

Perfect for a big family vacation.
Your entire vacation could just be staying at this house and it would be 100% worth it. We were 2 main families/6 sub families with grandparents/adults and kids and the house was the perfect size and accommodations. There’s a complete apartment downstairs which was perfect for those that needed to work remotely. They were able to close the door to the main house and work, eat and relax there. The kitchen was great we had a few chefs staying with us and all sat down for a yummy meal or two in the dining room. Sunsets on the porch, some bocce ball and the kids loved “hiking” down to the other sitting areas around the property. All the rooms are large and no one felt like they had the runt room. Check in and check out is super easy and the management company is very easy and nice to work with. Our only only small feedback was the knives were dull. Their checkout instructions are reasonable as well, great location to wineries and downtown Paso. Will be staying here again soon!

The grounds are amazing (large BBQ, fire pit, swimming pool, bocce ball, hot tub, quiet seating spaces) and the kitchen is ultra well-supplied with everything needed to cook meals at the house. It's close to downtown Paso, wineries, Sensorio, etc. Truly can't be beat.

It's well appointed, very spacious and has something for everyone. The downstairs living quarters were perfect for papa to retreat & get some quiet time & watch NCAA games & golf. It rained daily but there was still plenty to do. Want To go back when it’s warmer to use the pool & outdoor seating areas. Bocci ball & swings were a hit. Deer visited us too! We also walked the trail behind the house!
