Bill’s other properties are the Heart Stone Vineyard and the G2 Vineyard. These two properties
specialize in providing ultra-premium Rhone varietals (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, etc.) to the best wineries in Paso Robles; Saxum, Turtle Rock, TOP, Clos Solene, Torrin, Emercy, Jacob Toft, Aaron, Levo, Nicora, and Bushong. G2 Vineyard is in the center of the highly acclaimed Willow Creek AVA. It has provided fruit for many high scoring wines, including 3,100 point wines from Saxum and Turtle Rock. Bill had the opportunity to add another Willow Creek property this year, the 80-acre G2 North Vineyard, specializing in Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot). It is just down the road from Clos Solene, 1.2 miles from G2, and 0.4 miles due north of the James Berry Vineyard (the Saxum vineyard). Customers at G2N are Turtle Rock, LXV, Riise, Clos Solene, Herman Story, Torrin, Tyler Russell, Nicora, and Concur. 2022 is the first harvest. Everyone is excited to see what new organic low yield farming will produce in the way of high-quality fruit.
