This single-level home offers a queen bedroom with hallway bath, including a full-size bathtub. Washer/dryer is available in laundry shed shared with the main house. Formal sitting room boasts direct patio access with French doors. The newly updated kitchen gives the perfect opportunity to take advantage of your farmer's market and wine-tasting finds. You will have to make the tough decisions between spending your time adventuring or choosing to cozy up in this perfect cottage. Chestnut Cottage is designed for hospitality and comfort as you enjoy the Central Coast and Paso Robles wine country!

This established vacation rental with a long history of positive guest reviews is now under new management. We look forward to your positive reviews, as well, as the home is launched with a brand-new listing. Maximum 2 dog(s) allowed, weighing 45 lbs. or less. City Permit STR21-0027. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dual 240V Electric Vehicle (EV) Type 1 charger onsite for guests.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Little cottage in Paso Robles
We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage. Perfect for me, my husband and our dog. The only complaint we had was the bed. It creaked loudly every time we moved. The place needs a new, sturdy bed.

Great location, enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning. Clean and everything you need. Only suggestion is to have kleenix in the room.

Great little spot in town. Clean, everything worked. Bed was not comfortable and the skylight right above your head needs a better way to cover it if you want to sleep past sunrise

Lovely Cottage
We had an amazing stay here. Awesome location, so close to downtown and dog friendly! The EV charger was a plus. Would highly recommend staying here. Communication, check in and the amenities were great. It is a cottage, so it really is great for a couple!

Perfect Spot !!!
Loved this little cottage. Perfect for 2 (with a small dog), walkable to the park and to town, all the restaurants, shops, etc. Driving to wineries was easy and central. The cottage was quiet, private and very clean. Amenities were great, everything we needed was there (and more). I would definitely book this again... really, really enjoyed our time here!

We loved the little cottage. Perfect for our weekend in Paso. If we had more time would have loved to use the BBQ and sit on the front porch! Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Close enough for all Paso downtown restaurants to walk. We will be back

First Paso Robles Trip
Had a great time in this little cottage with my dog. Super easy check in and out process, and everything during my stay was seamless. Would recommend this place for anyone! Quick walk to downtown where Bruce (my dog) and I would walk to get coffee in the morning. Love this little cottage and would come back, thank you for a perfect first visit!

Cute little place ideal for a couple. Short walk to downtown which is nice not to drive. Make sure you bring all your TV passwords as otherwise TV is mostly useless (e.g., we like to watch local news, etc and was unable to).

Stay Here, You Won’t Regret It!
This cottage is all you need if you’re looking for a quick get away. There’s plenty of space, a kitchen, and a living room area with French doors that lead to a cute little patio. Not to mention only a couple of minutes away from the downtown city park. The host was also nice enough to let us check in early which made it easier for us to settle in and grab lunch with our family before they left town. Thank you! I will definitely book another stay here soon!

Loved every single thing about this place and have ready talked about coming back. Only two negatives - the sitting room doesnt heat and was so freezing we spent christmas having to sit on the bed to sit/eat/drink/watch xmas shows on tv. And company info board lights up the entire bedroom and even if i put it to sleep to darken, it automatically came blazing back on 7am. That was awful alarm wake up over a holiday vacation.

Good First Time in Paso
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great base to explore Paso for first timers. Everything provided work well and was clean. Instructions were clear. The only gripe I had was that the picture implied the grassy area in front was fenced off (it was not) so the dog could pee outside but she couldn’t be off the leash at all. I also wish the Tv sitting room would have been better insulated: it was boiling hot during the day and basically made the space unusable. As a result we just laid on the bed as there really wasn’t enough room otherwise
