7th Street Sanctuary welcomes you into privacy and seclusion in downtown Paso Robles, yet is within easy walking distance of restaurants, our lovely downtown movie theater, wine tasting, boutique shopping and so much more! Take in all the fun on the Central Coast and then come home to your quiet refuge, tucked back in from the street, with full kitchen, private bedroom + sleeper sofa in the living room, and enclosed sun porch adding to the experience. For such a cozy unit there is more than enough room to spread out and relax, play games, stream movies, or cook up a storm! Bring home your treasures from your day of wine tasting and put your feet up, stay in for the evening, or seek out all our downtown square has to offer! City Permit #STR22-0048. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.***

Perfect Location for a Paso Get Away
The 7th Street Sanctuary's location is a perfect location to either walk to downtown or to drive to the wineries. The home is comfortable and a great size for a couple's get away.

Perfect location for Paso Robles
This location was a perfect spot to lay our heads while we were visiting Paso. Very quaint, quiet, comfy bead, and clean space made for a great trip, it is located very close to the downtown area and is a short walk to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this for couples looking to experience the Paso Robles area.

Small Clean House Close to Town
The house was small, but had everything we needed to have a nice Thanksgiving meal. There was a lovely outdoor space as well. The bed was comfortable, and it was amazingly clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all of amenities you could wish for.

Very cozy cottage. Small but perfect for a couple. Well maintained.
We were impressed with the service. We had trouble getting the heat set. We called in and they said they would have someone out in ten minutes and THEY DID! Also the location was great for getting around by foot or car.

We loved being able to relax in this lovely small home in the mornings and evenings and when we came home from our daily outings. Our dog had many walks in the neighborhood. It was super easy to go to Goshi's for a super yummy dinner. We will stay here again.

Perfect Paso Robles Rental
This was the perfect little rental for our long weekend in Paso Robles. It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the city center. The cottage was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with nice bonus items like a Keurig, Keurig pods, and makeup remover wipes.The bed is a queen size, and extremely comfortable. Checkin and checkout were Quick and straightforward.

There is a space heater in the closet that we moved to the bathroom. There are plenty of hooks in the bath and bedrooms.Warning - If you are unsteady on your feet, you will be challenged on the steps entering the home. There are no handrails. There is no grab bar in the shower. A portable one won't work either. The shower head is unusually high. Water warms up very quickly.

Cute and quiet place close to downtown
This property was perfect for me. It is quiet, clean, and close to wineries and downtown Paso. I stayed for two nights, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, it has everything one might need. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of closet space. I recommend staying here!
