SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite is to die for! It dons a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, 65” SmartTV equipped with Roku, access to the front deck and a view of the 50-mile vista from the bed through the sliding glass doors. The en suite bath, is light-filled and as large as the bedroom. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities, an enormous slipper soaking tub (with views), a private water closet and an oversized walk-in shower with dual heads along with two large walk-in closets.
Bedrooms two, three and four all have King size beds and share the 2nd bathroom. Bedroom 4 also has a half bath en suite. The 2nd bathroom has dual vanities, a water closet and a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets and luggage racks.
Bedroom 5 (aka The Studio or “Man Cave”) is a fully contained unit complete with a full size Murphy bed, sitting area, full bath and a kitchen with sink, fridge and dishes. This room can act as a separate entertainment area or sleeping area by pulling the Murphy bed down for the night. It’s has a wall-mounted 40” SmartTV equipped with Roku. The room also has direct access to a side deck with great views. The full bath en suite has a large walk-in shower and single vanity.
Another half bath is off the great room which features a vessel sink and separate water closet. In total, there are 3 full baths and 2 half baths. All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and luggage racks.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home from the large entry deck into the great room. Walk into the large living with a wood-beamed vaulted ceiling, chandelier, and a large sectional with seating for 6 or more along with two side chairs flanking a wall of stacked stone with a gas fireplace and 65” SmartTV. You can watch the game from just about anywhere in the great room.
Adjacent to the living room area is the dining area. The dining table seats 10 and is a custom-made live edge wood table with bench seating on the sides and 2 chairs at the heads of the table. A large chandelier hangs over the table and its light is reflected in the massive 8’ x 6’ mirror hanging on the side wall. The view from the dining area is of the 270-degree view of the 50-mile vista. It’s spectacular!
Next to the dining area is the gourmet kitchen which features a huge granite island with a prep sink and seating for 4 on the stools facing the kitchen. Guest can entertain the chef while they prepare a meal on the 5-burner induction stove or using the oven. A walk-in pantry, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, an additional beverage fridge and a wine fridge, along with every kitchen gadget you could possibly need make it the perfect kitchen to prepare the simplest meals to a gourmet 6-course delight.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The pièce de resistance is the large, covered deck facing east with 50-mile views to the north, east and south. On the deck is a lounge are with a cushioned wicker sectional and two ottomans with seating for eight plus. Throw blankets and a stand-up heater are there for cozy warmth while you take in the view and the star-filled skies.
An outdoor kitchen area comes complete with a sink, large BBQ and a beer tap (you have to provide your own keg). The killer views from here are some of the best in all of Paso.
On the lower patio there are lounge chairs along with a fire pit with bench seating surrounding the pit. This is truly what a vacation in Paso is all about. Enjoy!
A FEW EXTRAS
If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there is a dedicated work deck with high-speed internet. Charging stations are available throughout the house.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
A mile and a half from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on Spring Street at 20th. And Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content.
