NEW LISTING!!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Location is key when visiting a city and this one hits the mark spot on. Walkable to the downtown square filled with restaurants, wine-tasting bars and shops, you’re in the thick of Downtown Paso. Check out the new Market Walk or head to the town square for Thursday night for the free Concerts in the Park during the summer months. You can’t beat the location or very comfortable accommodations.

This house also has quick and easy access to Route 101, Route 46 East, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and, of course, over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. This 2000 square foot loft space, in a gorgeous American Craftsman-style home is the perfect location to explore the area or for a romantic getaway in Paso Robles Wine Country.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
A Sleigh King bed is both comfy and cozy with its high-thread count bedding and luxury linens.
A separate bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo services both you and your guests.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through the entry door and into the expansive 2000 sq loft space great room. Walk past the laundry and closet space to the wide-open kitchen, dining and living area. The tall, vaulted ceilings with ample windows let in great morning and afternoon light, while the ceilings fan keep the air moving.

The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances…a Sub-Zero with glass door refrigerator, a 2-draw Fisher-Paykel Dishwasher and a Dacor 36” electric cooktop and 30” oven. Small hand appliances include Cuisinart Food Processor and hand Mixer. The island has 3 barstools for guests to keep the cook company while sipping on some great Paso wine. There is ample service and stemware to entertain a whole group.

The dining area has a craftsman style wood table with seating for 10. This grand space is the perfect spot to entertain your guests or to do some serious wine-tasting and pairing.

Adjacent to the dining area is the living area with two extra deep sofa with seating for 6-8 and a 43” SmartTV equipped with Roku.Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. You can also set the Roku to “guest mode” in case you forget to sign out of your accounts.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)

A patio off just off the kitchen through the sliding glass doors contains a Weber propane BBQ grill and a teak dining set with seating for 4 for dining al fresco.

GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 8 as well as plenty of serving necessities.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.

PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a block away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away…the new Paso Market Walk…filled with tasty treats for everyone. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

RESTAURANTS
What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist, Andrea's on Pine and Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.

ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres.

Everything you need!!
Great location so we could walk to a lot of places, high end appliances made cooking breakfast every morning fun, the king size bed was super comfy with high end linens and a down comforter, all great stuff! My two very slight negatives would be the bathroom was quite small, hard for 2 people at the same time and I personally would LOVE a giant floor to ceiling mirror on the wall as you exit the bathroom so I could check my look before heading out. We would definitely stay here again!!

Bcz of all the rain, the alley has a lot of very large, deep pot holes….i know all the folks must be unhappy with the condition of the alley. Everything else, the style, the quality, the information given, the furniture, the waters and coffee, were outstanding. I will definitely come back.

Amazing property
This property and its location are simply amazing. We have stayed at a few VRBO’s but have never enjoyed anything this great. The property is well maintained and everything within is of the highest quality. From the comfort of the bed and linens, to the high-end appliances and furniture - the place is a hidden gem. We met the property owner (nice gentleman) who provided helpful insights on what to do and where to check out locally. The property team (Kathy) was always prompt and helpful with her messages/replies. Paso Robles is an amazing area to explore with such much more than the wineries to explore. Easy and fast access to the Pacific, as well as all the things to explore right in Paso Robles. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
