The cozy apartment has a living space of 36 m² and a magnificent sea view from the balcony on the Pasmanski channel. Enjoy also the evening the setting sun on the spacious upper terrace. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, satellite TV + DVD player, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. The sofa bed provides if necessary a cozy sleeping for an extra person or 2 children. The fenced private land, has a secure and shaded Sanistation for your car. After consultation serves the hostess happy with exquisite dishes of Dalmatian cuisine. The quaint fishing village of Nevidane is located on the island of Pasman and has a shallow leading into the sea natural beach - ideal for families with children. In the village there are 2 grocery stores and 2 cozy restaurants (open seasonally). The guest house Rosa is located on the outskirts. Both beach and the historic center are within walking distance in about 8-10 min. to reach. The connected by bridge islands Pasman and Ugljan have been enjoying years of growing popularity among many cyclists. In particular, the dirt panorama on the sparsely populated island back is ideal for cycling and hiking - and rewarded with fascinating views of the Kornati National Park and the mainland with its Channel Islands. The Venetian city of Zadar and the (in high season) very lively Biograd na Moru invite to shopping and entertainment. Other popular destinations are the national parks Krka waterfalls and Kornati.
