"Surprisingly beautiful for right off the road and right by the airport !"

"Korda was a wonderful base for our holiday and Emilio was an excellent host. The accommodation comprised two flats next door to one another each with its own kitchen. The kitchens were well equipped and each flat was well furnished. Everything was exceptionally clean and there was a good working washing machine. There were three bedrooms in total plus a sofa bed with a pull-out trundle, so it could accommodate eight. Although the flat is located near a main road, the noise was minimal and provides the advantage of having direct links to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The Montenegro border is a 15 minute drive away. It is also close to a beautiful beach. The view of the mountains around the amazing saltwater pool was well worth booking the place. We swam everyday and it was very relaxing. The barbecue outdoor eating area was also a well used bonus. Emilio was in regular contact without being obtrusive and was calm even when we arrived quite late. He had lots of suggestions of things to do and was happy to answer questions. "

"We have stayed at a number of villas across Europe and this has to be the best. The villa is beautiful with a huge range of rooms, beautifully decorated with bathrooms ensuite. The covered terrace has amazing views as does the poolside and lower terrace. Its quiet, peaceful yet within a short drive of amenities and towns and cities in which to explore. You must have a meal at the families tavern with local food, wine and spirits. However, it was the hospitality of our hosts that won us all over. We were met as if part of their family and were made to feel most welcome. It was a very special holiday indeed."

"I stayed at this beautiful property with my husband, daughters (aged 14 and 18) and my daughter's boyfriend (age 18). The villa was very clean, tidy and beautifully presented. The rooms were a very good size, so we had plenty of space, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outside space was wonderful - a large, private pool with volleyball net, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor table & chairs and a gas BBQ. The location was quiet and convenient - approximately 10 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes drive to Dubrovnik old town. A car was a must, as there were very few amenities within walking distance. Communication from our host was excellent from the point of booking, and during our stay. We were very well looked after! "Enjoyed our week in the Konavle valley. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The property is excellent with owners close by if anything is needed but far enough away for privacy. Lots of info from the owners about local attractions and how best to visit Dubrovnik."
