"Very convenient, close to shops and transport "

"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. "The location is very convenient for shopping and dining and the surrounding area feels safe for foreign travelers. Their options for one to three bedroom suites is also a plus making it convenient for families on vacation."

"Air conditioner was too strong and cold. Better to have more adjustable temperature range for Japanese like me. Bathroom wasn’t bad, but adjusting shower temperature to my favorite wasn’t easy. I hope that bathroom has big bottles shampoo and shower gel. Provided gel container was so tiny. Overall staff service was good. They were friendly to us. Thank you."
