"This hotel was very charming!!! The staff extremely helpful, nice pool with a bar!!! The hotel’s room was a bit outdated, I understand keeping some of the history’s charm however in my opinion that should be reserved for many things just not the bathroom. The location was perfect for Venice, we drove to the train station, parked the car for free, and visited Venice for the day, it was perfect. The staff very helpful they recommended a great place to eat, need reservations that is how busy the place is hit we were able to get them through the hotel. Perfect location, perfect spots to eat, staff were kind and really helpful!!! Please update your bathrooms, that is my only recommendation. "

"The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room smaller than expected, but it was fine. We liked the service at the reception, they were all polite and answer our questions. Luca was particularly helpful and polite and offered dining suggestions, patiently explaining where to go park in Treviso and walk around the pretty town or where to park the car to take the train to Venice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."
