"el peor hotel ....las fotos mienten y el servicio deplorable.....cero atencion al cliente......baños rotos con instalaciones al aires ...habitacion sin ventana....senti claustrofobia pedio cambio de habitacion y ni siquiera conterstaron mis msnsajes en el supuesto atencion al cliente y menos la recepcionista Julia muy mal educada. No tiene ni placerd..es un mueble rustico raro ni una percha. Pedi que hagan la habitacion y solo me cambiaron unas toallas...ni la cama me hicieron. El desayuno dice ser bufete---es cvafe de saquito con leche en polvo y te traen una bandejita con un dedito de manteca y un poco de queso y dulce y tres tostadas y 3 panes duros.....deprimetente y.pesima experiencia.....no lo recomiendo para nada....."

"What an amazing hotel! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Tilcara, we arrived after dark and were greeted by a lovely gal who went overboard to make our check-in experience wonderful. She as well recommended an amazing restaurant for dinner and pointed out some key things on the area to see. Or room was quite comfortable and spacious, and breakfast the next morning at the hotel was a really nice, simple buffet (and they also would cook up eggs for you if custom), and had an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. We were only there one night but wish we had stayed longer and hope to visit again some day!"

"A small but very comfortable nicely decorated room, very clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great location with easy parking and short walk to restaurants, etc. Tilcarra is a great village to base yourself in from which to explore the surrounding region. Great hikes in the area. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience."

"This place is a diamond in the rough. A lovely quiet reprieve from the business and dusty streets. We loved Tilcara for its history, food, authentic nature. It was so nice to be able to walk to the nearby square to eat and explore and feel safe. Large rooms, comfy beds, great staff, lovely breakfasts. Would highly recommend. The many stairs only added to the charm and the view. "

"Our room was not fit for animals to stay there. The pool was literally half-full of water, the room was tiny with absolutely zero sitting area in the room (just a bed cramped in the room), and there was zero circulation or air conditioning. The room was tiny and hot. Like a bed inside a suana. For the first time in my life, I refused to stay in a room that I reserved. It was that bad. Temperature and space wise, it was unfit for use as anything above an Iraqi prison cell. Our room was not fit for animals to stay there. Temperature and space wise, it was unfit for anything above an Iraqi prison cell. Only the owners and their family would rate this above a 3.0. I cannot believe this place was listed as 10.0. I asked for my money back and that was refused. "

"It is exactly as the name states. Though near a highway, it is separated by enough space that you can sleep with the window open and I am a light sleeper. "
