Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget. "We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay. "

"Nice at first but soon found a lot of issues. I had to search for the wifi password. There were two pots to cook with and no frying pan. Both burners were destoyed and faulty. Hood vent didnt work at all. Several roaches in kitchen and bath. Luckily there was a lizard in the room eating the roaches. Took literally 30 hours to get a text reply...we had to go knock on the door we assumed was the condo owners and even then their instructions were unclear and countered what they eventually replied...

"It was nice staying at this condo. Condo owner is easy to communicate with. Although parking was expensive, rate was building’s policy not the owners. Amenities like the multiple pool and kids’ outdoor playground is a hit for those staying with toddlers. They have nice and new furnitures in the unit.
