"The room was great. However there was a pool of water coming from the room across the hall. I told the lady who's name starts with a K at the front desk about it and she seemed indifferent about it. She said it would be taken care of. It was still there when I returned that night. And still there the next morning. Finally in the afternoon they opened to room and one of the appliances were leaking from the room into the hallway. "

"This was one of the worst experiences i have had out of anywhere i have ever stayed. In these condo's they give the minimum and don't want to fix any issues that come up. Example is we had no tv or microwave the entire time we were there, lucky nothing else was broke. There were also roaches that started coming out the second evening."

"No communication whatsoever the ad posted was a scam. There are at least four buildings. They didn’t state what build the room was in. There’s no email address to contact them and nobody answered the phone number. I do not recommend staying at this place."

"We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay. "

"Nice at first but soon found a lot of issues. I had to search for the wifi password. There were two pots to cook with and no frying pan. Both burners were destoyed and faulty. Hood vent didnt work at all. Several roaches in kitchen and bath. Luckily there was a lizard in the room eating the roaches. Took literally 30 hours to get a text reply...we had to go knock on the door we assumed was the condo owners and even then their instructions were unclear and countered what they eventually replied...
