Golf cart friendly neighborhood, flat beach accessible, deep water pier, community boat ramp & marina. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. There is a ring camera located at the front door, a camera over the garage, there are 2 cameras in the back yard one under the patio & one over the deck.
