We booked this location after having a great stay at a Wyndham in Lima, OH. The hallways had water damage all over the 5th floor where they put us, the room was not cleaned as I had to wipe the headboard of debris from the previous tenant. There were used condoms in the stairwells.

I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST,CLEANEST MOST WONDERFUL HOTELS I'VE STAYED AT. WE WERE THERE FOR 4 DAYS AND I DONT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. THE FRONT DESK CLERKS A YOUNG LADY AND THE GENTLEMAN WERE EXCEPTIONAL . THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT . HOUSEKEEPING PEOPLE WONDERFUL . THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! Room was nice no security throughout the hotel can easily access back doors and exits all hours of the night instead of going through the front door also no cameras at those exits. Just very unsafe stay alert never to sure!

Upon arrival we were greeted with a very heavy mold smell. Due to several weddings in the area we had no choice but to stay there. We went up to the room and the light was broken. The floor was slippery due to the air conditioning unit and no ventilation in the room. The bed sheets were moist, the remote control was missing. We went down and they promised to have it fixed the next day. We left for dinner and came back, they handed me a remote with no back (batteries exposed). They never fixed the lights or the moisture. I called and they said i never told them about the smell or the moisture or the light. They refused any remediation.

Overall the hotel is nice but it needs to be cleaned up a bit and a lot of things in the rooms need to be repaired like the phones the refrigerators and especially the ac units. I had to change rooms do to all these and the rooms was about the same. And put some air freshener on the hotel it stinks
