"The property was well-equipped with kitchenware and utensils. Could not find a fault with the property at all. Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"We enjoyed our stay in your apartment which was cozy and warm and served our needs. The views over the snow covered hills were impressive, especially when the sun was shining. We were impressed with how the fire brigade worked to clear the snow from the roof tops and how quickly the main roads were cleared to keep them open.
