"Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Helpful staff but it was hard to communicate as they don't speak English. Lack of a restaurant is also a drawback as there are no restaurants in the neighbourhood."

"Beautiful and comfortable staying at Serena Palace! Room and bathroom with all amenities, soundproof windows, and a very comfortable bed. Easy check-in and prompt responses from the owner. Great location right next to the old city, kasba, lots of restaurants, and interesting art!"

"Very nice room. Clean. Staff very nice and friendly. If you were wanting to use the jacuzzi, just know they only turn it on for an hour in the morning and from about 5:00-6:30 p.m. "

"The landscaping was quite noisy in the morning. There were no laundry facilities on site, as indicated on Expedia. The staff were very friendly and the property is very well maintained. Adjoining restaurant is very good, convenient, and reasonably priced."

Rosa è stata adorabile: il giorno del mio compleanno mi ha accompagnata dal suo parrucchiere di fiducia a bordo della Panda storica di famiglia e mi ha attesa tutto il tempo! "There is no front desk, contrary to what is advertised. It seems like there has been a change of ownership or management as there was not the warm and supportive welcome that other reviews report. The communication was confusing, and frankly appalling. When got there my documents were demanded by a woman who hardly spoke a word of English, she was just there to let me in and give me the keys. She then demanded payment. After trying to explain and providing a receipt to prove see then put me on...

"Friendly staff, (call before you arrive). Helpful and they also explain what is nearby etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Not for the mobility impaired as there are stairs."
