Rustic, as you would expect, but well-apportioned with all amenities as listed. And so, so clean! It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity.
