Great Experience
We had two families of 5 totaling 10 people and the house was perfect. Plenty for the kids to do ages 14-20yrs old and adults with the pool, ping pong, darts etc. Short walk or drive to plenty of beaches and restaurants. House had a lot of space for all of us and GREAT communication from the owner.

Great home in great location
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with a group of friends. The home is beautiful and Christine was a very helpful host. I would highly recommend staying here. The home slept 10 very comfortably and has some great outdoor space where we spent most of our time. Piso Livadi is a very charming town and is only a short walk away. We also enjoyed walking over (~15 minutes) and spending time at Punda beach.

Spacious and close to town
For a party of 9, this house had plenty of space; we did not feel on top of one another. We had children in the separate studio, which was a small inconvenience with the automatic locking front door. However, the town is small and the property private, so no security concerns. We also loved the location close to the small town, and walked home from dinner every night. Many choices of restaurants within short walking distance. Our host Christine was always readily available; the perfect amount of contact. The pool was cold, but the kids enjoyed it on the hot days. We had challenges with the hot water keeping up with 9 people, but Christine talked us through how better to manage. Views from the decks are spectacular, an abosolute treat.

An idyllic haven in a perfect spot
Our family of 8 soaked up all the spoils of Villa Louisa. Piso Livardi is a lovely little spot - short walk to all you need, supermarket, shops and restaurants by the port. Our hosts Christine and Dionis, ensured we wanted for nothing. Thank you for a wonderful family reunion.

Wonderful villa and location
Christine and Dennis welcomed us warmly, and were at service when needed. The villa is superb; we missed only a ln outdoor space suited for breakfast shaded from the warm sun. Thank you - it was a memorable stay:)

Perfect home on a perfect island
Wonderful home! Christine was the perfect hostess. She had the house stocked with everything we needed to start our stay. Piso Livadi is a quaint little village within walking distance and everyone there is very friendly. We all loved our little piece of heaven and would recommend this home. We hope to come back some day.

Paradise in Piso Livadi
WOW! What a great villa owned and managed by two equally great people, Christine and Dennis. I took my family of five along with my 77 yo mother and Christine and Dennis went above and beyond our expectations in helping us make this a trip of a lifetime. The villa is very spacious, well appointed and sits on nice hill with a break-taking view of the village and the Aegean Sea and not to mention the gorgeous infinity pool. Christine and Dennis helped facilitate our rental car, transfers from the ferry and our day excursion to Santorini (a huge resource for any patron). I can't say enough nice things about the entire experience and we recommend this villa without reservation. You will not be disappointed and we look forward to renting from the Sakis again soon.

Très grande villa tout confort conforme à l’annonce . Villa située sur les hauteurs de Piso Livadi avec une magnifique vue sur la mer . Tout peut se faire à pied de la maison (courses , plage ,restaurants ,arrêts de bus ) avec environ 10 minutes de marche et une cote assez raide pour le retour à la maison .Nous étions 7 adultes sans voiture et nous n’avons eu aucun souci . A recommander sans hésiter
