This vintage summer house of simple aesthetics and folk décor is located between two exquisite & beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters: Santa Maria and Laggeri - just a short walk away. Santa Maria and Laggeri are two of the most loved & relaxing beaches on the island.

The villa itself has one of the best views of the entire area, witnessing the most photogenic & ravishing sunsets & rises.

Your perfect holiday villa is set in a 4000m2 plot of land, filled with blooming, colourful wild flowers.

Located in the dining terrace, is a traditional pizza oven & BBQ set up that you are more than welcome to use.

Relax in a wonderful garden, filled with olive & fruit trees

West terrace of the villa you have an astounding view of the national park, with complete relaxing privacy.

South terrace includes a gorgeous sea view, sighting of Naxos island in the distance, simple way to ease your mind into complete comfort.

8 terrace and balconies in total, all of which are protected from the strong winds. Couple of which are under shade, so you can enjoy a peaceful lunch, Others open roof ideal for sunbathing, and views of the bright lit moon & stars views at night to enjoy while sipping on some cocktails.

It is well structured with glistening golden sand, all protected from the strong winds & subtle waves.

Also slightly further down the beach is a scuba diving school, a wind surf school, water sports activities and a beach bar.

There is a calm path from the villa that leads to Laggeri beach, in just a Short 15 minute walk. This is an amazing beach with golden sand & waters crystal clear.

8 minute drive from the villa is Naousa village, voted Paros’s best cuisine restaurants & cocktail bars right next to the vintage harbour, with angelic lanes & walkways to explore.
