Terrible Experience
The communication with the owner of the apartment was not at all pleasant. All the messages including information on how to get to the apartment are sent to my phone in Greek. There were so many spelling mistakes that the online translator did not translate correctly. I kindly asked to send me the instructions in English, he replied that he didn't have to do it because he did it in Greek. If the listing to rent is in English and that's why I rented it. If the ad had been in Greek, I wouldn't have rented it because I wouldn't have understood it. Very rude and ungrateful host. The apartment at the front has beautiful views of the sea but the buildings that are at the entrance of the apartment are half built and stopped for a long time, totally abandoned, I asked the neighbours they told me that the works had been paralysed for a long time. The door at the entrance of the apartment is very difficult to open because it touches the ground you have to push really a lot. There is air conditioning only in the bedroom so you can't be in the heat living-room. The worst of all has been the bed, I have had back pains for days because of the mattress of wires that are stuck in your skin.The ad omits the abandoned buildings pictures that it has around and that does not give any sense of security. If I had known this, I would never have rented this site that seems like a scam to me.
