"My 3 night stay here was great. Staff were helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The hotel is attached to the convention center, which was excellent since there was heavy rain during my stay. Hot Springs National Park and bathhouse row are just a couple blocks away and easily walkable. "

"This Hotel is amazing and I’m very picky and I also travel the World, so I have seen good and bad. The entire place sparkles from cleanliness and my room was over the top nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and a nice variety of food. Late night the security is heightened with double locking doors to enter the lobby and the parking lot is secured too with plenty of lights for single women that may be traveling alone. I can’t say enough good things about it....
