House in gated community is rented since 2014. The land is lawn, on the edge of the beach, quiet and clean, no street between the lawn and the beach. The condominium is family owned with 8 lots, with only two houses built to date. About 300 meters from the house, was launched a venture on the waterfront, the most sophisticated of Natal, (in mare bali), the land is similar to ours in location. Quiet neighborhood with few residents, home with electronic security and alternating rounds at night.

Saudades!!
A palavra que fica para nossa estadia é saudades. Foi tudo ótimo, Seu Cirineu uma ótima pessoa, extremamente preocupado e atencioso com todos, desde o primeiro contato até a hora da despedida não poupou esforços para fazer de nossas férias ainda melhor. O caseiro Márcio e dona Dalva ótimas pessoas (o bobó de camarão da dona Dalva é espetacular). A casa é exatamente como está na descrição. Esperamos retornar em breve!!

Poderia ter sido melhor
A casa é muito espaçosa, mas muito escura. Dois quartos estavam sem controle de ar condicionado, os armários tinham pequenas aranhas. A funcionária é bastante mal humorada, não limpava os quartos se não fosse solicitado. Dos 7 dias que ficamos hospedados ela faltou 3 e foi embora antes do horário acordado em contrato todos os outros dias. Não estava lá quando chegamos e muito menos quando fomos embora. O caseiro Márcio é bastante prestativo e solícito.

Os melhores 15 dias da minha vida...
Acabei de chegar de viagem, sinto que foi uma dos melhores roteiros e ficará na lembrança sempre. Foi a primeira experiência no aluguel de casa e com certeza não ficarei mais em hotel em viagens longas. O Sr Cirineu dono da casa é excelente em todos os sentidos desde o primeiro contato até o check-out. A casa e muito além do que está na foto quem buscar por conforto, aconchego e paz pode alugar sem erro. A Dalva e o Márcio são as pessoas que nos apoiam durante a hospedagem, extremamente carinhoso e prestativos vcs vão engordar horrores com o bobo de camarão feito por eles. De utensílios a casa te oferece tudo é muito segura. A praia é uma das melhores de natal, mar aquecido e tranquilo para banhos perfeito para famílias. A casa e pé na areia a coisa mais fantásticas do mundo...estou impactada com tudo que nossa família curtiu estes dias. Eu pretendo voltar por várias vezes. Agradeço a Deus pelas vidas do Sr. Cirineu, Dalva, e Márcio por serem tão especiais na vida das pessoas que ali se hospedam. Até Breve.
