"The Hostel is very comfortable Nice and modern with a lovely bar on the ground floor. The only negative point is the position,up on the hill,so it's not very easy to reach if you are coming with luggages or buggies and young kids. Overall is a good price for the expensive Lyon."

"We enjoyed very much our 2 days stay at the Hôtel des Célestins, very well situated between the lovely Place des Celestins, the river Saone and place Bellecour (Metro) , pedestrians street . Very quiet. Friendly staff. Old building with all the confort . Good breakfast included . "

"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...

"A fabulous little hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of Lyon’s shopping and restaurants and close to the old town. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Lyon."
