"Very handy to family, access to park and trams to city. There should be more information in rooms regarding the food store, chemist and takeaways on ground floor. We did not realise they were there until our third day. It would have saved us the 15 minute walk to Woolworths."

"Customer service was excellent. Convenient location for 15 min walk to cafes and shops in Brunswick. Property undergoing renovation but did not impact us. Bathroom had a shower in bath so not good for elderly or those with mobility issues. This may change after reno. Easy parking. "
