"The apartment is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. The owner was great with communication and kind. I feel bad even giving it 4 stars, however the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud with children running around at all hours and being loud. This isn’t the hosts fault though so I feel bad taking away from them because of that, but it did affect our stay. "

A note: take key card out of pouch to activate elevator use (and unfortunately no luggage storage option) Don’t miss Mildred’s around the corner-great coffee. Ease with communication with hosts. "We loved the location. Is an easy short walk to the T-Mobile center and the Power and Light District. Downtown KC does have some homeless population but we felt safe walking as it was well lit and an easy walk. Check in was easy. The place was very comfortable. I will say the walls are thin and we heard the neighbors TV all night long both nights. Sounded like they were right in the room so a fan or white noise machine would have been good. "

"The apartment was so nice and amazing! My only problem was the extensive screening process before that took several days and the security deposit was an amount that seemed to be excessive. I understand why they needed a lot of information for screening but it would have been nice to just do it all at once instead of over several emails. "
