This modern 1 bedroom suite is part of a 4 plex (with other rentals available) in beautiful Parksville, BC, which is within walking distance to the Parksville Community Beach, Englishman River Estuary, restaurants, and shopping. We are a short drive to Coombs Market and Nanaimo City Center. This suite is perfect for all ages with parks nearby and many other amenities.

This suite is newly renovated with an enclosed courtyard for indoor outdoor living.

Clean, friendly hosts and has everything you need
We stayed at Doris and Rick’s place over the holidays. Our stay was wonderful! This is the spot to be if you’re staying in Parksville area. It has a full kitchen with everything you may need, a king sized bed and the hosts clearly care about their guests and their property. Thank you so much Doris and Rick, we hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful getaway
We had a lovely 3 night stay. Property was spotless and provides all the amenities needed for a "home away from home" experience. Perfectly located to explore Parksville, Qualicum Beach and Coombs. Host Rick is nearby if any needs arise. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place for family vacation time
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's super clean, cozy and beautiful. Close to anywhere, including beach, restaurants, grocery stores and many places. The owner is vary friendly and helpful. We had a great time here and would love to come back for our next visit!

Location was great for getting our morning walks in. Community beach and boardwalk is such a nice place to walk. Close to all the amenities you need. Suite was just as advertised, everything was super clean the courtyard was great. Definitely would recommend it.

What a jem in the center of Parksville. If I could give it 10 stars I would! The suite exceeded all my expectations. Everything that I needed for my stay was available. The soaker tub was a added bonus on the cold rainy nights. Communication was great. I highly recommend this suite. A big Texas thank you to Doris and Rick! #1 on my list for my visits to the Island.

Beautiful A/C suite in central Parksville. 15 min walk to the beach. Unit appears new with lovely finishing, comfortable living room area and well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and great location
We visited Parksville for a few days in September. With glorious weather, we were able to do multiples hikes and walks. The suite was compact but well maintained and supplied. Owners Rick and Doris were available although we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this suite for your next vacation stay!

Great suite that's very functional. Extremely well equipped with quality appliances and kitchenware. The decor was also very tastefully done. Ideally situated in the middle of the town for easy access in every direction. Would highly recommend a few nights for a couple in this cozy spot!

Lovely home close to everything!
Stayed here with my family including 2 young kids. The home is lovely - brand new, clean, has everything you could need and no clutter. The location was great - very close to Parksville Community Beach and also Rathtrevor. Would definitely stay here again. Love the blackout shades in the bedroom, the king sized bed, and the deep bathtub! The bedding was very cozy, and the pullout couch was decent.

Fantastic gem in Parksville
Spotlessly clean and well decorated home in Parksville. Would be great in the summer as it’s within walking to the city beach but on a side street, away from the summer traffic. Good local restaurants are nearby along with three grocery stores in case you want to take advantage of the full kitchen in the unit. Doris and Rick were welcoming hosts and I had zero issues during my stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. I’ll definitely be booking again when I need a place to stay in Parksville.

Great spot!
We had a lovely time in Parksville at this apartment. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and found the place clean, well appointed, easy access to so many wonderful sites (Parksville Beach, Rathtrevor beach, Englishman River Falls, Cathedral Grove, Cameron Lake and short walking distance to dip into the Englishman River estuary which is very accessible for all). Our host was very friendly and helpful. We’d love to return and bring friends to share the adjoining unit and do some more exploring! Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful property - can’t wait to return!
This place was a gem, it’s wonderfully renovated and has everything you could need. The unit is centrally located and yet SO quiet, unbelievably clean and well stocked with the hospitable owners onsite to answer any questions. Will be returning!!
