Nice but not 4*
"We had one of the apartments with a balcony detached from the actual hotel and up a flight of stairs. Room was tastefully decorated and bathroom was amazing but needed balcony repairs, replacing dead plants in window boxes and walls in bedroom had a lot of scuffs and high window was filthy with cobwebs. ..."
