"Excellent weekend in Chicago to celebrate my birthday. Thankful for such courteous staff and the extra mile they went to make me feel celebrated! Our room had an awesome view of the river, was clean and comfortable and large enough to spread out some. Perfect location and walkability. We WILL be back to the Royal Sonesta downtown Chicago!"

"Not bad for the price. Only thing that was wrong - low pressure for the shower. Felt like it just didn't have any umph. That's something that should be fixed before it gets worse. Location is good. A little further from my office than I usually stay, but not a bad walk. I'll use the location again. Hopefully the shower pressure will be adequate next time."
