Sleeping 7 adults with comfort, in three bedrooms and with 2.5 bathrooms, this condo is the perfect location for a larger or extended family gathering or gathering of friends/colleagues. Plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything, ParkView is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City busy center, with views directly looking up to the Park City Ski Area.

NEW FOR summer 2022 - CENRAL AIR THROUGHOUT.

The condo has a private garage where you can leave your gear, before entering into the tastefully decorated space. There is a comfy sofa and comfy chair where you can gather to play games around the cozy gas fire, or catch a movie / keep up with the days sports on the large TV. In addition, the farmhouse style dining table will become a favorite central point, conveniently next to the kitchen, so no-one is ever left out! Just outside the french doors, is a cute private yard, with hot tub to enjoy.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master is a king, with ensuite bathroom (shower and separate jetted tub) as well as separate double vanity. - lots of space for everyone to get ready! The master also opens onto a cute balcony from where you can sit and appreciate the mountains, morning, noon and night. In addition, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has custom built bunks, with a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. Easily sturdy enough for 3 adults.

ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. With great restaurants / bars, grocery store, liquor store and more all within a 5 minute walk, this condo is not to be missed. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and goes all around town within minutes (PC Mountain 15 mins including walk). This is a superbe townhouse within a couple of miles of everything that Park City has to offer and on the free city bus route.

Recently updated to offer a contemporary mountain-causal style, with granite and tile finishes. Entering the condo you walk into a cozy communal area with sofas around a cozy gas, a dining table and kitchen with bar. The perfect place to relax and gather at the end of your day. Alternatively, the hot tub sits right outside in the private back yard and allows you to unwind whilst watching the mountains and stars above. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master suite with a king bed, separate shower and vanity area, and private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The final bedroom has a custom built bunk, with a queen bed and twin XL on top, plenty sturdy enough for three adults if necessary.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the garage and additional parking space t(hat will accommodate two mid to large cars but not vans), and the private hot tub and garden.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy. This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. In less than a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails.

On the Park City free bus route. The condo is situated about 200yds from the bus stop, with free busses running several times an hour, all year, and more during the busy seasons.
The house has direct access onto the hiking and biking trails, providing easy walking or biking access to Main Street, restaurants and shopping.

This house is situated a couple of miles from the Main Street on Park City and the ski resorts, and a few hundred yards from the bus stop for the free city bus that runs every 20 mins. This will take you to the base of either resort in around 15 minutes (including walking) as well as to the main street for acres ski, shopping or dining.

Great Location
Great location in a very quiet, well kept community. We went early in December so very little snow but it was cold. Heater was a challenge to balance temperature for upstairs and downstairs but other than that it was perfect. Very clean, plenty of space for 3 adults and a teen. One room does not have a TV but we used our laptop. Overall it’s a great spot and we would come back!

Amazing Stay!
Our stay really exceeded our groups expectations. First, before we arrived, Susie provided a ton of helpful information that made settling in and getting around town very easy. The location of the property is close to both Park City mountain village and Canyons village—everything a short bus ride or Uber away. The property itself was clean, spacious, and charming. We had an amazing stay and would certainly rent again on our next visit to Park City!

Great location!
The property was a convenient, quiet location for our family ski trip. We drove everyday to Park City Mountain Resort which was a 5 minute drive away. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and soaking in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. Our stay here was wonderful. Susie was very helpful and accommodating when called upon. The hot tub was perfect and used everyday. We cooked several meals at home and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too. It would have helped us to have a car. The buses took us 3 days to figure out, which was very frustrating. That is the only reason for 3 start in that category. Overall, we are very happy with our stay!

Great Place!
This place is great. Was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked most our meals here because the kitchen was so well equipped. The private hot tub was the perfect place to end our days after skiing. With all the snow fall the garage was great to have so you vehicle is not covered with snow and ice. Only had one issue with one of the toilets but it was quickly fixed after we contacted Susie. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, adult daughters, son-in-laws and I headed to Park City for a pre-Christmas vacation and we could’ve ask for a better time. The house fit our needs perfectly. Although most of the time in Utah was spend on the slopes and in town, we loved heading back to the house and hitting the hot tub. The house was clean, spacious for 6 adults and conveniently location. During our stay, we accidentally broke a light over the island and Susie was so understanding and helpful in finding a replacement. . We couldn’t ask for a nicer host.

Location for the win!
Had a great stay at Jupiter View over the 2020 holiday week. The townhouse was the perfect size for our party of 8, 4 adults, 4 kids. In the morning it was a short drive to ski PCMR (5 min) and Canyons (8 min). The garage provided a safe/dry space place for our skis so we didn't have to bring our gear inside. Having indoor parking in the garage was also great for cold and snowy mornings. We were able to minimize our outings (due to Covid) and had enough space to prepare and eat meals together at the house. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for cooking and some pantry staples. Upon arrival the house was very clean. The hot tub was conveniently located just out the back door and we enjoyed it most nights! Susie was very helpful before and during our trip answering questions and providing recommendations for nearby restaurants that provided family-style takeout. We hope to make a return trip to Jupiter View in 2021!

Comfortably fit 6 adults. Nice hot tub. Fireplace but no firewood or supplies. 5 minute walk to the bus (10 minute bus ride to slopes and downtown) . Management very responsive, some issues with heat but resolved quickly. Recommend to rent skis from Ski N See at the Peaks Hotel located behind the condo.

I would highly recommend this property. Susie was so helpful; she communicated all the key information we needed promptly and also provided great recommendations. The house is in a perfect location -- super close to the slopes and downtown. The decor is very nice; cozy but updated. Bathrooms and kitchen are very nice and the downstairs great room is a perfect place to gather as a group. And the hot tub! So nice after skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Park City!

Beautiful home, conveniently located near Main St, restaurants, and ski resort
Our party consisted of 3 married couples visiting from Texas. We were looking for a comfortable house near the ski slopes that had a sizable kitchen, dining table that could fit all 6 of us, a living room with enough seating to relax and enjoy each other's company, and most importantly, somewhere that would allow each couple to have their own bedroom. We found this last task quite difficult, as most of the 3-bedroom homes we looked at on VRBO were laid out for families with kids (i.e. one or two of the rooms having bunks beds). We were very excited to find a home that had 3 bedrooms with 3 king or queen beds at a reasonable price. This allowed all 3 couples to have privacy and a comfortable sleeping situation. The home itself was very enjoyable and comfortable. It had all the appliances we needed to cook dinner in a few nights, and we really enjoyed having a washer and dryer. The private hot tub was amazing and was used every evening after we got back from the mountain. We also used the fireplace every night as well. We also really enjoyed the location. Parking was easy for both of our mid-sized SUVs. We contemplated ubering from the airport and utilizing the public transportation while in Park City, but are glad we had the freedom and flexibility of having our own car. The bus stop was just a short walk from the house and got us to the base of Park City in just about 10 minutes. Everything else was just a short 2 to 3 minute drive away, and we never had an issue finding a parking spot on Main St. Driving to restaurants / Main St always felt more convenient than having to work around the shuttles. Overall, we really enjoyed this home and would stay here again next time we are in Park City for a ski trip.
