We loved this condo! Amazing views, ski in/out. Right in center of village. Walkable to everything. Huge bathrooms and storage. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Unique set up perfect for family’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but difficult to find the condo on late arrival.
Since the check-in kiosk didn't work, having the 24-hr. customer service line is great. We also needed to be walked through the process of finding the condo even with prior directions.

I would let people know how to get things (groceries, food etc..) delivered to the property and how to be picked up by an Uber. Also, let people know how to get their suitcases up to the room without carrying them up stairs huge flights of outdoor staircases

The location was great and very convenient. However, the check-in process is not straightforward and the person at the front desk at the check-in was not helpful at all. Finding the condo is very difficult and he talked to us like we were locals and should know where it is located (which we did not of course and had to drag our suitcases around for 20 minutes before we found the building!). The check-in process and service needs to be improved!

GREAT location for skiing (ski-in, ski-out) but... No WiFi access/router in unit (not resolved by management while we were there). Bring earplugs -- middle of the night noisy when snow groomer is outside of your window. Use the virtual tour app BEFORE coming to find parking and the unit -- very helpful. Use Jackson's Base Camp Rental - -they were great. Close parking. Overall the pluses outweighed the internet issue.
