Perfect accommodation and location for our MLK Jr weekend ski trip. Heated parking was an unexpected plus. Ski locker, hot top, clean, comfortable condo. Exceeded expectations.

Adorable place, horrible procedures for checking in and out
Let me start by saying the room is very cute, amenities are nice, and it was a cozy spot to be. However, the process of picking up our key and dropping off our key has been such a pain. We don’t come from the direction of Salt Lake City so it added an additional 40 minutes to our trip just to pick up our key. When we called Moose management to clarify where we were supposed to be they were incredibly rude and treated us like we were idiots for not knowing that we had to pick up the key at some real estate office 20 miles away from where we were actually staying. We’ve done several VRBO’s and NEVER have had to drive to a different spot to get keys, it was very weird. It left a bad taste in our mouth for the rest of the trip. They sent several emails prior to the trip stating to pick up your key in advance, never once did they list the actual address, nor that it is 20 minutes away from where you stay. Also there is nothing stated regarding parking in their emails, but when you arrive you have to take a picture frame from your room, go down and put it in your car and then go and park that car in a separate garage. Basically their system needs to be streamlined for guests, lots of wordiness but no actual communication. There also was a broken deadbolt on our door which I didn’t love or feel very safe about.
