Central location in Park City, minutes to everything on the free bus route. Remodeled with open kitchen floor plan, 3 full bedrooms and half bath in enclosed private loft bedroom. Home is in Racquet Club/Park Meadows, a quiet community in Park City with plenty of green space. Walk to Park City Municipal Rec Center (MARC) and within 2 miles to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain and Historic Old Town Park City. Playgrounds nearby and BMX track.

Park City is a fantastic four season destination. Ski or snowboard the greatest snow on earth in winter or hit the mountain bike trails that start right in the neighborhood . Hike and bike trails easily accessible from your front door.

Cozy 3 bedroom townhouse sleep 8. Two full bath, and 1/2 bath on top floor. Plenty of room for your group.

Bedroom 2- fully enclosed and has dedicated work space, King bed, New mattress and TV

Crisp clean linens, plenty of blankets, pillows with all linens laundered between guests. Assortment of feather, acrylic and latex medium firm pillows; hunt around and find your favorite!

Fully stocked kitchen includes spices, coffee tea, filters, flour, sugar, cooking oil. Ski Boot dryer in winter - four pairs boots and gloves in common area. Easy to use, drys gear quickly without heat. Full size washer/dryer. Beautiful view of Park City mountain from the decks. Gas grill, umbrella table and chairs , baby swing to enjoy the stunning mountain views. Master Bedroom has deck with chairs as well.

Home is equipped with whole house water softener, filtration and tankless hot water system for endless hot water. R/O drinking water in kitchen. 2 portable floor LG wall vented A/C units for the occasional hot summer night.

1 car garage with large locking gear closet has charging port for E-Bikes, and storage nooks for ski's / snowboards and racks for bikes. One additional parking space in common area .

Close to everything in Park City, 50' to bus stop takes you to Historic Old Town and ski resorts. Enjoy staying in an eco conscious home. Fully insulated, LED lighting, tankless hot water, energy star appliances and Water Smart bathroom fixtures. Green cleaning products from Grove, Mrs Meyers soaps, upholstery and carpets cleaned regularly with Green Seal certified products.

Conveniently located 40 minutes from SLC Airport, 45 minutes to Cottonwoods.Garage for ski/board/golf/bike storage and your vehicle.

Well appointed, clean, well stocked and maintained unit. Smart Roku TV in living room. Bedroom 2 feature TV./Comcast Cable, high speed internet provided.

Fully equipped kitchen: pots/pans, bowls, serving ware, Ninja blender, mixer, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, glassware, bakeware, 16 place settings, cutting boards, cork screw, Instant Pot, waffle iron, hair dryers, humidifiers.

In summer, plenty of fans and LG portable A/C unit in bedrooms for the occasional hot summer night Condo is stocked with paper and soap products, shampoo, conditioner and and coffee and tea to get you up and running. Grocery stores within 1 mile- Park City Market, and Smith's and Whole Foods nearby Kimble Junction.

Organic cotton duvets, new bedding is encased in hypoallergenic mattress covers. New pillows covered as well. Family friendly property has highchair, outlet protectors, and 2 Travel Cribs with sheets.

Garage parking, new gas fireplace. Linked smoke /carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguisher for your safety.

Transport: Free Bus runs 6am.- 2am.

The Park City Recreation Center (MARC) is a public facility with $10 drop in rates and it is awesome.

This was our first time ever visiting Park City. What an amazing place it is! The property is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms were so comfortable and really had everything you needed for your stay. The neighbors were super friendly, we enjoyed talking to them. The host was very helpful. Great launch pad for a ski trip
Really enjoyed Patsy's place. She was flexible on check-in and check-out times, which was much appreciated. It was a 10 minute drive (or 20 minute) bus ride to Deer Valley and convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the essentials. Definitely recommended!

This townhouse is fantastic and Patsy the owner is awesome. The townhouse is up-to-date, well stocked and in a prime location of Park City. Patsy was very flexible and accommodating. She even checked on us half way thru the week to see how things were going.(Never had an owner do that before). Very positive experience and highly recommend

Well equipped kitchen
In all, this condo was very comfortable. I would recommend it. I wish there was a second bathroom for guests upstairs. Kitchen faucet and lightbulb by the washer definitely need replacing. But the beds are good, kitchen stocked with some basics which was VERY nice, furniture is family friendly, nice view of the mountains, responsive management…can’t ask for much more.

Patsy's place was cool, convenient and comfortable for our stay. Loretta was so responsive for anything we needed. The PC Marc was within a 2 minute walk, as were the stops for the shuttle to town. The grounds around the townhome were lovely as well, particularly for our dogs. We would definitely stay again!

Great family escape in beautiful surroundings
We have used VRBO many times. Working with Patsy was probably our kindest VRBO experience. She was VERY understanding and helpful with a family thing we had come up. Thank you!!!!! I would HIGHLy recommend staying here. It is nice, great area, had everything you need for your stay and is so close to park city activities. We had six of us staying and all had plenty of room. We went on nightly walks and it is so peaceful where the property is. We definitely want to stay here again but for longer.

This was one on my best home away vacation rentals. Although Patsy was not present you could feel her hospitality from a distance. She had thought of everything. You walk into the home and the first thing you see is a beautiful granite island in the kitchen that sits 6 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with different spices. Also a good supply of pots, pans and dishes, but only 2 wine glasses. The bathrooms were fully stocked with every kind of toiletry. The towels were so soft and fluffy. The designs in each room were pleasing to the eye. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a Portable Evaporative Cooler..(Really Nice) Also, a teevee in each room. The master bedroom has an awesome comfortable bed with a speculator view of the golf course and hills. It was very relaxing to sit out on the master bedroom balcony early in the morning. The patio also had an amazing view and lots of seating. We did not have any problems with internet, door codes, etc. Our first night was attending Disney In Concert at Deer Valley Amphitheater only 10 mins away, and then hanging out at the St. Regis hotel for dinner and beverages. The property is in a really great location and has a quaint, upscale air about it. Our day was sight seeing. We drove 30 minute to Salt Lake City to see what it had to offer. I have only 2 regrets, one that we did not stay longer and two that we didn’t get a chance to ride bikes. My family is looking forward to returning in the near future. Great place for a family
We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for our daughter and we brought our dog with us. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a bonus! It was close to everything and the views were amazing!

Perfect family getaway
We spent 5 days in Patsy's place and our in laws rented her other unit in the complex. Everything was wonderful and the access to the gym (MARC) and Park City trails could not be beat. We hope to return! We also traveled with our 4 year old son, and he is still talking about the awesome Creekside playground located less than a mile from the condo.

So delightful...
The accommodations were more than adequate. We stayed for one month and cooked in almost every night. Everything needed was at our disposal. The house was clean and linens were plentiful. We had the added pleasure of being visited several times by a huge moose we called Bowinkle who came to drink from the creek on the golf course then relax for several hrs. 10 ft from our deck. I’m certain this was Patsy’s request for our entertainment! Our grown children live in Park Ciry so we are familiar with the town. We did not need to rent a car as free bus service stops at the end of the driveway every 20 minutes. We had a delightful stay and we plan on being repeat users. Patsy makes certain that everything is just so and if needed she answers at a moments notice. It speaks to her careful planning that we did not need to call her for anything. Thanks again!!!
