Central location in Park City, minutes to everything on the free bus route. Remodeled with open kitchen floor plan, 3 full bedrooms and half bath in enclosed private loft bedroom. Home is in Racquet Club/Park Meadows, a quiet community in Park City with plenty of green space. Walk to Park City Municipal Rec Center (MARC) and within 2 miles to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain and Historic Old Town Park City. Playgrounds nearby and BMX track.

Park City is a fantastic four season destination. Ski or snowboard the greatest snow on earth in winter or hit the mountain bike trails that start right in the neighborhood . Hike and bike trails easily accessible from your front door.

Cozy 3 bedroom townhouse sleep 8. Two full bath, and 1/2 bath on top floor. Plenty of room for your group.

Level 2- Master Bedroom -California King bed, sitting area, balcony overlooking mountains
Bedroom 2- fully enclosed and has dedicated work space, King bed, New mattress and TV
Bedroom 3 on level 3- bunkbeds, lower double, upper twin, 1/2 bathroom.

Crisp clean linens, plenty of blankets, pillows with all linens laundered between guests. Assortment of feather, acrylic and latex medium firm pillows; hunt around and find your favorite!

Fully stocked kitchen includes spices, coffee tea, filters, flour, sugar, cooking oil. Ski Boot dryer in winter - four pairs boots and gloves in common area. Easy to use, drys gear quickly without heat. Full size washer/dryer. Beautiful view of Park City mountain from the decks. Gas grill, umbrella table and chairs , baby swing to enjoy the stunning mountain views. Master Bedroom has deck with chairs as well.

Home is equipped with whole house water softener, filtration and tankless hot water system for endless hot water. R/O drinking water in kitchen. 2 portable floor LG wall vented A/C units for the occasional hot summer night.

1 car garage with large locking gear closet has charging port for E-Bikes, and storage nooks for ski's / snowboards and racks for bikes. One additional parking space in common area .

Close to everything in Park City, 50' to bus stop takes you to Historic Old Town and ski resorts. Enjoy staying in an eco conscious home. Fully insulated, LED lighting, tankless hot water, energy star appliances and Water Smart bathroom fixtures. Green cleaning products from Grove, Mrs Meyers soaps, upholstery and carpets cleaned regularly with Green Seal certified products.

Conveniently located 40 minutes from SLC Airport, 45 minutes to Cottonwoods.Garage for ski/board/golf/bike storage and your vehicle.

Well appointed, clean, well stocked and maintained unit. Smart Roku TV in living room. Bedroom 2 feature TV./Comcast Cable, high speed internet provided.

Fully equipped kitchen: pots/pans, bowls, serving ware, Ninja blender, mixer, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, glassware, bakeware, 16 place settings, cutting boards, cork screw, Instant Pot, waffle iron, hair dryers, humidifiers.

In summer, plenty of fans and LG portable A/C unit in bedrooms for the occasional hot summer night Condo is stocked with paper and soap products, shampoo, conditioner and and coffee and tea to get you up and running. Grocery stores within 1 mile- Park City Market, and Smith's and Whole Foods nearby Kimble Junction.

Organic cotton duvets, new bedding is encased in hypoallergenic mattress covers. New pillows covered as well. Family friendly property has highchair, outlet protectors, and 2 Travel Cribs with sheets.

Garage parking, new gas fireplace. Linked smoke /carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguisher for your safety.

Transport: Free Bus runs 6am.- 2am.

The Park City Recreation Center (MARC) is a public facility with $10 drop in rates and it is awesome.

Great spot for outdoor adventures
Great place with plenty of room for our family of four! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We had an issue with the fridge but Patsy did her best to resolve. Big deck for watching beautiful sunsets. (Or enjoying at anytime) We had a great time there!

This was our first time ever visiting Park City. What an amazing place it is! The property is in a great location, close to everything. Great launch pad for a ski trip
Really enjoyed Patsy's place. She was flexible on check-in and check-out times, which was much appreciated. It was a 10 minute drive (or 20 minute) bus ride to Deer Valley and convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the essentials. Definitely recommended!

This townhouse is fantastic and Patsy the owner is awesome. The townhouse is up-to-date, well stocked and in a prime location of Park City. Patsy was very flexible and accommodating. She even checked on us half way thru the week to see how things were going.(Never had an owner do that before). Very positive experience and highly recommend

Fantastic Vacation with my kids

Townhome with Lovely Views
Patsy's place was cool, convenient and comfortable for our stay. Loretta was so responsive for anything we needed. The PC Marc was within a 2 minute walk, as were the stops for the shuttle to town. The grounds around the townhome were lovely as well, particularly for our dogs. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing time in this condo! We stayed for two weeks and loved every second. We got to know the neighbors and they were all lovely. The wildlife was fun to watch! Park City is an amazing place to visit and this condo and community we found was a little hidden gem amongst it. We would definitely come back and hope to again someday!

wonderful town home, great location!
This is an updated, very clean and well organized town home that was such a treat to stay in! Linens, towels, furnishings and decor are terrific. There are lovely views of the golf course and mountains from the living room and South Western facing deck. The resident Sand Hill Crane was incredible to see. I loved staying here and highly recommend it. Very convenient location as well.

Great Park City Condo
My family of five had a great time in this Park City condo. It is a beautiful and convenient location. We were able to take gorgeous walks every day. Condo is roomy and clean. We loved the decks and sand cranes. The owner, Patsy was very helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay here again when we are in Park City.

Perfect family getaway
We spent 5 days in Patsy's place and our in laws rented her other unit in the complex. Everything was wonderful and the access to the gym (MARC) and Park City trails could not be beat. We hope to return! We also traveled with our 4 year old son, and he is still talking about the awesome Creekside playground located less than a mile from the condo.

Beautiful location
This lovely condo is fully equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. From the back porch we saw Sandhill Cranes, bunnies, ducks and hot air ballons. We were lucky enough to have a moose visit the next street over. Patsy is a communicative, thoughtful host. She will do everything possible to make your stay happy and comfortable.
